Beady Eye - 2011-10-07 - Live At The Atlantico, Rome

Another recent Beady Eye recording, from almost exactly a month ago. This gig is notable for being the live debut of both World Outside My Room (which is, oddly, the opening song) and the excellent In The Bubble With A Bullet. The band play well, although Liam is starting to cut some of the notes a bit short like on the last Oasis tour (thankfully not nearly as bad as then though) and sound quality is good. The gig was recorded by a guy called Alessio, so all credit must go to him. The excellent artwork above was made by JohNLiaM. Link is my own.

Beady Eye - 2011-04-03 - Live At The Brixton Academy

This is the 2nd Beady Eye post from me, and also the second Beady Eye gig I attended. This was at the Brixton Academy Japan Benefit gig (Paul Weller's performance from the night has already been uploaded here), which was broadcast on XFM. As a result, the sound quality is excellent.This is a slightly shorter setlist than Beady Eye have been playing, as time was limited due to all the other bands. It is notable for being the first, and to date the only time that the band have played their cover of Across The Universe.The artwork is by Small Faces so credit goes to him for that! Beady Eye - 2011-03-04 - Live At The Glasow Barrowlands

Beady Eye, as I'm pretty sure you all know, were formed from the ashes of Oasis when they split, and realeased their debut album in February. This was only their second-ever gig (there's no proper recording of their first), and I'm happy to say that I was in attendance (was also at the Japan benefit disaster gig, will post that bootleg in the future). The atmosphere was absolutely electric, as always at the Barrowlands, and was one of the best nights of my life. Liam is sounding a lot better than he did the last few years with Oasis, and seems to have been rejuvenated by his new band. Highlights of this recording include Four Letter Word, The Roller, and the best song of the night, Sons Of The Stage. The sound quality on this is fairly good, and although it was a great gig this isn't really an essential download, unless you were there.
